This page of mine is dedicated to Ranma and his(her)companions
Well since your here, your probably into Anime(japanese animation)and might even know aready what Ranma 1/2 is all about or at least the basic story. If you don't then this is my description of what the Anime is about.Ranma Satoma the main character of the serie, is a teenage boy living in China with his father Genma. These two are living with another family, the Tendo's. In the Tendo family, there is Soun the father, Kasumi eldest daughter, then Nabiki the middle child and last but not lease, Akane the youngest. Also, along through the series there are numerous characters that appear.
(Note: I haven't actually seen the much of the Ranma series so most of what I am explaining/saying is based on what I know through magazines, the few episodes that I bought and from information on the net.) The basic story, well one day Ranma and his father Genma leave their original home to a sacred cured area to train. While training at this cursed area with ponds(the ponds were cursed)Ranma was knocked into one of the ponds but came out of the pond was not a he but a she, Ranma had been changed into a girl (just the body). The female spirit that die in the pond bacame apart of Ranma. When Ranma(he) is touched by cold water, he becomes a she and when Ranma(she) is splashed with warm water she turns back into a him. So, after realizing this Ranma is pissed and knocks Genma into a pond too. With Genma came out of the pond he was a big panda.
Somehow, others people such as Shampoo, Ryouga, Mouusse, and Kuno were also cursed too. They much have followed Ranma and Genma and fallen into ponds of their own(everyone was cursed with didn't curses) and the cold/hot water effect goes for them too.
After Genma realizes this problem, he could not bare to stay home with is wife and Ranma because he feared his wife's reaction to her son whom was also a she. So, Genma told his wife that he was going to take Ranma on a Quest to turn him into a man. So the two left and ended up moving in with the Tendos. So what the rest of the story(s) revolves around Ranma and his adventures with the family and various other people who appears.
